Acquisition software for real estate investors
Acquisitions on autopilot.
Upload a list of listed homes. OfferConsole finds the ones where the numbers work, sends the offers from your own inboxes, follows up until agents answer, and ranks every reply.

How it works
From a list to offers in the agents’ inboxes.
You pull the list and pick who gets an offer. OfferConsole does the math, the writing, the sending and the follow-up.
Two minutes in your data aggregator.
Export the listed homes you want to buy, then drop the file into OfferConsole. It reads the columns for you.
- 1Filter to on-market homes in your zip codes
- 2Keep the ones with an agent email
- 3Export to CSV or Excel and upload it
Works with any list that has addresses
Every home sorted by whether it works.
OfferConsole runs the loan, rent and cash-flow math on each home and prices the offer. Homes land in Likely, Possible or Long shot, so you send where it counts.
Subject-to and seller-finance offers
Offers drip out from your own inboxes.
One click sends to the groups you pick. Emails go out spaced through the day, rotating wordings, with follow-ups on day 3, 7 and 14 until the agent answers.
Nothing sends until you approve it
Replies ranked, contracts one click away.
Every reply is read and ranked hot, warm or not interested, then lands on your deal board. When a seller says yes, generate our contract package as a PDF or Word file.

Inside OfferConsole
You approve. It does the rest.

Review and send
Every offer is written for its home and waits for your approval. Approved emails go out spaced through the day, inside each inbox’s limit.

Replies, ranked
Agents who wrote back, newest first and marked hot, warm or not interested. Everyone else keeps getting follow-ups until they answer.

Questions
Before you start.
Where does the data come from?
From you. Export a list of listed homes from your data aggregator or the MLS and upload it. OfferConsole reads the columns, skips homes that already have an offer out, and sorts the rest by whether the numbers work.
Which offers does it write?
Subject-to offers on the existing loan, and seller-finance offers when the loan alone doesn't work. You see the math behind every offer before anything sends.
How many inboxes do I need?
Each Google Workspace inbox sends up to about 50 offers a day once it has warmed up. Starter (30 a day) needs one, Pro (100 a day) needs two, Scale (500 a day) needs about ten. The inboxes are yours, paid to Google, so deliverability stays in your hands.
Does anything send without me?
No. Offers and replies only go out once you approve them. Opt-outs are honoured automatically, and every email carries your address and an opt-out line.
What's in the contract package?
Our own purchase contract for subject-to deals, with seller-carry and balloon terms when you need them, pre-filled from the deal and downloadable as PDF or Word.
How do I get started?
Apply in about a minute. You get our free deal calculator straight away and can book a call with the team, who'll set you up on the plan that fits. There's no free trial; plans are billed monthly.
